Your casting is very bad, you break your wrist and you fling your rod out to the side and pull in your line to fast. You also start recasting to soon, you should pull it out slowly as the fish usual goes for it when the fly is coming out of the water and you do to many falls casts. the fly doesn’t kneed to pull it out.
